Miners Women in Lancashire Squad
A number of players and staff from the Miners Rangers trophy-winning women’s team are in representative action for their county this Sunday as Lancashire face Yorkshire at under-18s and open age level at Thatto Heath Crusader’s Close Street. Georgia Sutherland and Serina Tamou will be in the junior ranks, where team coach Cliff Tamou will be assistant coach to the side, whilst Clare Thompson, Rhianne Boag, Megan Eastwood and Mairead Quinn are named in the open age team, with Steve Quinn serving as team manager.
The matches are this Sunday 18th, with the under-18s at 12pm and the open age match at 2pm
Lancashire Women’s RL would like to thank Miners and in particular groundsman Bernard Lindley and club rep Lee Walls for making the Twist Lane pitch available for the squad training.
