EAST HULL (HOME)
Leigh Miners will be looking to continue with their excellent home form on Saturday and make it four straight victories at Twist Lane when East Hull come to Leigh in Round 8 of the NCL, Kick off 2-30pm. After picking up their first away win of the season last weekend in the Conference Challenge Cup Miners will be looking to return to winning ways in the league after losing at Thatto last time out and strengthen their position in the top six. Jonny Youds could feature for Miners having returned to the club after a spell with professional club Whitehaven. East Hull go into Saturdays game on the back of three successive defeats the most recent being a 36-6 derby defeat against West Hull last weekend.
The u18s make another trip over the canal on Sunday when they take on local rivals Leigh East in the Conference Youth League, Kick off 1-30pm at LSV.
The Second team and the Ladies both have a free weekend.
