JACKSON & O’BRIEN NAMED IN TEAM OF THE MONTH
Miners duo Danny Jackson & Scott O’Brien have been named in the NCL League Weekly team of the month for July at Loose Forward and Scrum Half respectively. Danny has been in excellent form over the last few weeks playing at Prop, Second Row and Loose Forward, scoring two tries and picking up the sponsors MOM against Oulton Raiders. Scott makes his third appearance of the year in the team of the month, having appeared previously in March & April. During July, Scott has been in outstanding form picking up two MOM awards in the wins against Leigh East & Wath Brow Hornets, scoring six tries in four matches to take his tally for the season to 17.
