U 18s take on Leigh East at Sports village Sunday
Drawing your local rivals in the Cup always makes for a special occaisson , and its the 18’s mission to change Leigh East’s rich run of form against Leigh Miners these past weeks, and turn the town black and yellow come sunday with a victory at the LSV !
The 18’s have been working hard all week in training as they expect a tough encounter against a much improved Leigh East side.
Captain Ryan Monaghan states , “We all know how big these local derbys are, and we intend to play the game and not the occaisson. This is a must win game for us to enable to kick start our season and progress to the next round of the cup”
