A Busy Saturday
It’s a packed Saturday at Twist Lane this weekend as, in addition to the first team league game against Wigan St Patricks (2.30pm) we are holding our Healthy Stadia day, celebrating our membership of the local network. Our partners from WLCT Active Living team will be around from 1pm delivering taster sessions and activities for all the family, plus information on healthy lifestyle sessions and programmes being delivered locally if you want to get fitter or just get out and enjoy the local countryside. There will be kite making and key-ring making for children and make sure you have a go on the smoothie bike! Some activities may have a small cost
We will also be paying tribute to Robert Dowling over the day as we remember a Miners Rangers legend.
