Club Round-Up
Wins for the Alliance and under-18s made it a perfect weekend for the club with the Alliance team victorious on their travels to Leyland and the youth team overwhelming Waterhead 50-0 on the road.
The Alliance were 24-12 victors on their journey north with tries for Garry Fitzmartin, Joe Harrison, Craig Connor, Ryan Peters and Iain Jolley, Peters with the goals.
The under-18s had braces for Jack Gatcliffe (also 6 goals), Todd Fenlon and Joe Digby with further touchdowns for Zac Fagan (also 1 goal), Connor Evans and Rob Crompton.
We are also delighted to announce we have made four late signings to strengthen the side for the long season ahead: Sam Peet from Swinton Lions, Ex Leigh Centurions Mitchell Cox and Frankie Halton from North Wales Crusaders and also ex Leigh Centurions & Salford Centre or Back Row, Danny Halliwell.
