Conference Cup Quarter-Final Draw
The draw for the quarter-finals of the NCL Cup was made on Friday evening and Miners’ reward for their derby success is a home tie against Wath Brow Hornets in the last eight, to be played Saturday 28th July 2.30pm.
The match against the Cumbrians is one of two all-Premier Division ties with Wigan St Patricks v Thatto Heath Crusaders arguably the pick of the matches. Elsewhere Siddal have a tough trip to Division One Egremont Rangers and there is an all-Division One tie as Bradford Dudley Hill entertain Milford Marlins, the team Miners beat in the final of the inaugural NCL Cup way back in 1988.
