Miners duo Darryl Kay and Tommy Parkinson have been selected in the final 20 man England Lions squad for the upcoming game against Wales on Saturday 28th November at Hindley ARLFC.

The pair go into camp with the rest of the squad on Friday teatime and will train at Twist Lane that evening, before staying over at the Holiday Inn on the Leigh Sports Village complex where the seventeen to take on the Welsh will be announced.

Should Darryl and Tommy be named in the test side to take on Wales it will cap off a brilliant season for the pair who have featured heavily, playing in 32 and 33 games respectively of Miners 35 game historic treble winning campaign.

Kick off for the game is 1pm, with admission to the game £3 adults and £1 for concessions.
