Revised Fixture List for First Team
Following a meeting of the NCL management earlier this week a revised fixture list for the league run-in has been issued, and Miners’ schedule has changed quite dramatically.
Following the trip to Oulton this weekend, the team will now travel to West Hull to play the match postponed as a consequence of the coach breakdown last weekend. This game is now 22nd September 2.30pm.
The following weekend the team are in the Conference Challenge Cup Final at the Halliwell Jones Stadium and they then travel to West Hull once again – this time to face East Hull – on Wednesday 3rd October 8pm. The next home game is the following Wednesday, 10th October, when Saddleworth Rangers are the visitors (7.30pm).
On Saturday 13th October Miners travel to Myton Warriors and on 16th October they visit Wigan St Patricks (7.30pm). The regular season concludes with the visit of Wath Brow Hornets on Saturday 20th October, 2.30pm.
