TETLEY’S CHALLENGE CUP 3RD ROUND DRAW
The Third round draw for the Tetley’s Challenge Cup was made yesterday afternoon with Miners being drawn away to Championship side Barrow Raiders, it’s the second time in three years Miners have been drawn against Barrow in the Challenge Cup with them playing each other in the third round in 2011 at LSV when Barrow who were coached by former Great Britain international Garry Schofield were given a good run for their money before running out 56-26 winners against a spirited Miners outfit. The tie will be played at Craven Park on Sunday 7th April.
